No, your calendar is not directly accessible for our customers. Room dates and availabilities are not made accessible 1:1 to the customer. Based on the date, size, and requirements of the event, we will present search results which offer the customer a complete, bookable product.
No, we make this decision for the customer. The customer compiles the event according to his/her requirements and the system automatically calculates the most favorable rate for the customer (consisting of rental price + meal plan + technology or daily fixed price).
The listing on GCH hotel group is free of charge for meeconnect hotel partners.
Just like with your partnership with meeconnect, these transactions are based on a commission model. A commission will only be due in the event of realized bookings.

Setting up a basic entry generally does not take longer than 45 minutes and we prepare the process prior to that to the best of our abilities. The time spent on setting up your policies is up to you. Normally, setting up a complete profile should not take longer than 2-3 hours.

There are two options of transmitting your availabilities for meeting rooms to GCH hotel group:
1. Manual setup: You can manually block the events which have been booked or optioned for your property in our configuration portal.
2. Automatic transmission: A direct connection can be established to your PMS via our MICE interface to transmit all blocked and optioned dates automatically to GCH hotel group. You can decide at what intervals this process should be carried out.
After linking the hotel PMS with GCH hotel group, all blocked dates (incl. options) are transmitted to us automatically and anonymously. Our system does not display customer names.
Events booked via GCH hotel group are not booked back in your system. Availabilities are only transmitted in one direction: from the hotel partner to GCH hotel group.
The use as well as any support for the API are free of charge for hotel partners. Depending on the PMS provider, you may incur charges on that end. Please clarify this with your system provider to be sure.
Generally, there are no restrictions, our interface is extremely flexible.

Yes, our search results only display hotels which are able to fulfill your requirements during the date range you selected. In some rare cases, overlaps occur during the display/reservation process, which would then result in a timely cancellation from the hotel.

Please note that your rooms for overnight stays must be in the same hotel as your reserved meeting rooms. The availability of the meeting rooms may be affected by the number of room nights.

Your reservation will be made directly with the hotel, GCH hotel group only functions as intermediary. Therefore, a contractual agreement is entered into with the hosting hotel.
Directly after making your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation providing information about the status of your reservation.
Our service is completely free, we do not charge any reservation fees. The only costs you will incur are the displayed event prices of the hotel.
The displayed price consists of all of your selected criteria and is based on the policies of the hotel. The relevant criteria include date, number of participants, the duration of the event, your selected meal plans, your equipment as well as possibly added room nights. Prices displayed include VAT.
Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge. The cancellation periods are tied to the cancellation policies of each hotel and can thereby differ for each hotel. The cancellation policies are displayed in the detailed view of each hotel.
No, a credit card is not required.
That depends on the General Terms and Conditions of the booked hotel and may therefore differ for each reservation. In some cases, the invoice only needs to be settled after the event has been carried out. Some of our hotel partners, however, insist on a corresponding advance deposit prior to the event. However, payment will never have to be made along with the reservation on our portal.
That also depends on the hotel being booked. Most hotels are quite flexible when it comes to payment.
As soon as your reservation via GCH hotel group is complete, we will send you the contact data of the property you booked. You will then be able to discuss important details regarding your event or location with the hotel directly.
Detailed planning of your event will take place in collaboration between you and the reserved hotel. We will provide you with the contact data of the responsible employee immediately after your reservation.
